When you place an order or submit the story questionnaire, we collect your name, email address, brand information, website, story responses, and uploaded logo. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your information to process your order, create and deliver your story video, send transactional emails, and — if you subscribe — send newsletters and updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Email

Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Newsletter subscriptions may be stored with our email marketing provider so we can send you updates you opted into.
