By purchasing from or using ClipLabMedia, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

ClipLabMedia produces a custom story video for your brand and publishes/distributes it across our channels according to the package you select at checkout.

What's included

We correct factual errors (misspellings, incorrect URLs, logos, names, or business information) at no charge. Creative preferences, stylistic changes, script rewrites, visual, music, character, or scene changes are not included, as these can reduce reach and platform safety.

Refunds

Because each video is custom-created for your brand, refunds are not available once production begins, which is when you submit your questionnaire.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans (monthly or every two weeks) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.
